Belk Tracking Order Status

I purchased 2 Mikasa photo frames and am very unhappy with what I got. I paid $25 for each frame. So disappointed as they came with clear plastic inserts instead of glass and they had a round sticker on the face of each which could not be removed. How stupid that they would do this. I had to order 2 glass inserts which cost me more $$$. For the price I paid for those frames they should have come with glass not plastic inserts. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Buyer beware, I purchased a dress and it came damaged, I waited over a week for the delivery and was not able to wear my dress to my event, I contacted customer service and they sent me a return tag in which I have to drive pretty far to return to a specific USPS location which is far from my home, I asked the customer service agent why it had to be taken to that specific location and she said I can also drop off at FedEx, drove to FedEx and they did not take the package, so I have been inconvenienced 3 times and still no return has been started, this is completely unacceptable and unfair.

They have great everyday clothes and some brands I love like Free People. They have good sales as well. The ladies that work there are mostly all lovely and knowledgeable. Opening a credit card account with them is not a good thing though. They use Synchrony Bank, and I have never seen anybody harder to deal with than this bank. The billing is always wrong, and I have to spend countless hours on the phone with them proving their mistakes. Fortunately I keep all my receipts, since it's a monthly nightmare. Last month they charged me a $30.00 late fee. I had to get a statement from the bank to show when they cashed the check to prove it was before the due date. They cleared that up and my balance was 0. This month they are charging me 1 dollar and I have not shopped with them since the last debacle. Exhausting. Will give them 1 more chance before I close the account.

I never had a bad experience shipping in store or online at Belk I recommend :)
