BeachCamera Tracking Order Status

Ordered a used samsung frame tv through amazon but was from beach camera. I got my tv but it didnt come with the samsung connect one cable. had to wait a week for it to arrive. plugged my tv in and the tv wont turn on. probably the most stressful online purchase ive made so far

Outstanding customer service! Ordered new 65" S90C Samsung TV, I changed my mind on the order but it had already shipped. Customer care said to refuse the order and they would give me a full refund when they receive it back at store. Sure enough they did what they said they would do and quickly too! All emails were answered promptly. I will buy all my electronics from them without any hesitation! Great people, great prices!!

Through many missteps, my new TV wound up at a repair shop with a very expensive repair bill. It should not have turned out this way, so I reached out to Beach Camera for help. Reynold, the LG manufacturer specialist with Beach Camera took control of the situation and came up with a suitable solution. I really appreciate the effort he put in!

I ordered a Shark vacuum. But when it arrived it was nothing like I expected it to be. It was thru no fault of the company. When I contacted them they were so accommodating and most importantly made the return so easy. No shipping charges which was perfect. Rizalyn was the person who helped me. Just grateful that it was so simple. Thank you Rizalyn very much!

The person that assisted me (Maria) made sure that I would get reimbursed for a damaged item that got replaced. Very helpful and very polite.
