Outstanding customer service! Ordered new 65" S90C Samsung TV, I changed my mind on the order but it had already shipped. Customer care said to refuse the order and they would give me a full refund when they receive it back at store. Sure enough they did what they said they would do and quickly too! All emails were answered promptly. I will buy all my electronics from them without any hesitation! Great people, great prices!!

Purchased new TV. After purchase Amazon sent invoice saying “like new - recertified”. Worked with seller to confirm was a new TV. Seller was excellent with responses and customer service.
