Bandier Tracking Order Status

I am not sure why people are so unhappy with Bandier. Not only do they sell really cute, trendy, and affordable items that you cannot find elsewhere, but in my experience, they are really attentive and responsive to their customers when approached with a problem. I had an issue with my package where I only received 1/2 of my order. Upon investigating the situation myself, I confirmed that FedEx had delivered my items on the wrong side of my apartment building & then uploaded a faulty image of packages that were not actually mine to cover their tracks. I notified them of this issue & sent documented photos to confirm what I was seeing and they agreed to reship the missing items no questions asked! I am going to provide a signature this time not only for their convenience but also for my own peace of mind as I really love the outfit I bought and cannot wait to wear it this summer (with a matching pair of sneakers I also got from their website). If I have any complaints it's about FedEx so you have issues with your orders, I would definitely question the carrier before blaming the store. Thank you Bandier for your help throughout!! I can't wait to place another order with you!

I'm not sure what happened to Bandier. A few years ago their curation was really the best and I loved a lot of stuff they carried. Now the selection is a lot smaller and doesn't really stand out these days with all these DTC brands doing amazing self-marketing. On top of that, I really hate that they don't include free return shipping. I feel like that's pretty expected for e-commerce stores as well, especially corporate ones like Bandier.

I bought my favorite yoga mat here called the Bandier x Yoga Hustle. Amazing grip and cushion. I highly recommend it. Been doing yoga for 10 years. This is the best mat by far.

I placed a $300 online order on June 23. It’s July 2nd & the product(s) are still not here. On June 30 I called customer service & requested an update. I was told that “on their end” it looked like FedEx attempted to deliver, but I wasn’t home. I let the customer service agent know that I work from home and so that was incorrect information. Additionally, I asked her why I would need to sign for sweatpants and a sweatshirt? That makes no sense. I get packages delivered all the time. She assured me that she would look into the issue and give me a call back later that day. She never did. July 1 went by with no communication from BANDIER, and then today, July 2, today, I called, was on hold for 20 minutes, then the call was answered by an automated system & I was told to call back later—then BANDIER disconnected the call. I have since sent an email requesting a way to track my purchase.

Okay I placed and order earlier this morning, and silly me did not do the reviews as I thought this was the shoe brands page. The customer service online chat was responsive and canceled the order with confirmation of a refund in process. That was a close one but at least their customer service is great
