Bandier – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am not sure why people are so unhappy with Bandier. Not only do they sell really cute, trendy, and affordable items that you cannot find elsewhere, but in my experience, they are really attentive and responsive to their customers when approached with a problem. I had an issue with my package where I only received 1/2 of my order. Upon investigating the situation myself, I confirmed that FedEx had delivered my items on the wrong side of my apartment building & then uploaded a faulty image of packages that were not actually mine to cover their tracks. I notified them of this issue & sent documented photos to confirm what I was seeing and they agreed to reship the missing items no questions asked! I am going to provide a signature this time not only for their convenience but also for my own peace of mind as I really love the outfit I bought and cannot wait to wear it this summer (with a matching pair of sneakers I also got from their website). If I have any complaints it's about FedEx so you have issues with your orders, I would definitely question the carrier before blaming the store. Thank you Bandier for your help throughout!! I can't wait to place another order with you!

I'm not sure what happened to Bandier. A few years ago their curation was really the best and I loved a lot of stuff they carried. Now the selection is a lot smaller and doesn't really stand out these days with all these DTC brands doing amazing self-marketing. On top of that, I really hate that they don't include free return shipping. I feel like that's pretty expected for e-commerce stores as well, especially corporate ones like Bandier.

I bought my favorite yoga mat here called the Bandier x Yoga Hustle. Amazing grip and cushion. I highly recommend it. Been doing yoga for 10 years. This is the best mat by far.

Wow. I am surprised to read so many negative reviews. I ordered my Nike pink blast zoom double stacked on 2/14. The original price was approx. $200, but was marked down to $159 and I used a promo code for an additional 15% off so the shoes were only $135 and I received them in only 4 days on 2/18. They arrived just as described in the ad and were well packaged. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and wanted to give them a try. I haven't had a chance to wear them for a full day yet, but just trying them on and walking through the house leaves me thinking that this was a great purchase. I actually feel the bounce!

Made my first order on 10/31. I didn't realize the item shipped the same day (which is good) i just never received shipping confirmation. The order arrived today, i just love my nike flyknits. The shoes were packed nicely in the box with tissue paper and a return label. When i log online it still shows the order as processing. Im just lucky I was off work today because my package would have been stolen and I would have never known that the order shipped. Maybe it is a glitch in their system. Overall the shipping was very fast and the order was neatly packed. I will order again, i just hope to receive tracking information so that I can follow my packages in the future. Just a future reference the site is for women, the shoes are in women's sizes. I did not know this because i was under the impression the shoes were maybe male sizes. But now i realize that the site is strictly for women.
