Balsam Hill Tracking Order Status

Asked about ordering an upgraded tree and my question was answer quickly and a method to accomplish my goal was made. The order was placed past the time to change it, but I was given an effective way to upgrade my order. Very good individual customer relations. Very competent and helpful people.

On 10/23 I tried to purchase a window box off the website. My credit card was declined. Knowing that was in error I tried again. I tried again using another card. My transaction was approved. Shortly after I received multiple emails confirming my multiple transactions. In the email it stated that I could cancel if I contacted BH within 30 minutes. When I called the # in the email, rather than BH I was connected to someone who wanted to give me a medical alert system. Since I could not stop this conversation I hung up. Assuming I misdialed , I called the number again getting the same results. Of course, the arbitrary 30 min time frame was going down. I found a different number for BH on their website which I called. I was immediately was connected to a very helpful customer service representative. I explained why I was calling but by the time he found my record, the 30 minutes limit had expire. The customer service representative guaranteed that I would be able to return unwanted window box without being charged. But having said that I continued to be frustrated and unhappy with the experience. Whoever thought offering a free medical device without offering an opt out option was deceitful. I love BH products but will probably choose not to spend my money with a company who misleads their customers.

I ordered my tree Sunday night and it arrived yesterday afternoon just two days later!! I opened the box this morning and it was the easiest tree ever to put up!! I rolled it out of the box, took off the storage bag, flipped it and the branches fell right into place!! I didn’t pay attention to the arrows on the top piece and attempted to put it on by myself (I’m almost 69 years old). My husband had to lift it off and align the arrows and it snapped right into place. I usually put my tree up the first week of November so I decided to start early this year!!! I’ve started fluffing the branches and I can see many years of enjoying this tree!!

Balsam definitely has the most realistic looking trees. You pay more for that. Happy with quick free shipping and customer service. They even applied a coupon retroactively after the purchase date. Very pleased with product and service.
