Away Tracking Order Status

Incredibly disappointing luggage. I ordered the bigger carry on after hearing rave reviews for Away luggage. Unfortunately I used it for the first time after the 100 day refund window. My biggest disappointment are the wheels. They work beautifully on smooth flat surfaces, on anything else the bag gets caught and wants to tip over. Also the outside of the bag had deep scratches and dings after one checked flight. This product is way too expensive for the poor quality and performance. Don’t buy one!

I bought Away luggage 4 years ago. Recently I was going on a trip to Italy & I was unable to lock my suitcase with the TSA attached lock. I had to purchase a combination lock to travel. When I returned home I contacted Away customer service. They contacted me back within a few hours & instructed me how to try to fix the lock. None of these methods worked. Without any problem they said they were going to send me a new piece of luggage(exact same as I have) & a pre paid postage to send back the damaged one. Within a few days I received the new luggage piece. I can’t say enough about their customer service dept. They answered all my questions, got back to me promptly & honored their guarantee. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Decent bag not the best ive had. my experience was pretty normal throughout the process. easy to buy and quick shipping.

I ordered a bag from here on December 20 and it was delivered to my building on December 22. The concierge staff at my building claim they never received it, even with Proof of Delivery from USPS. The back-and-forth emailing has lasted a month, and I have received no solution from my building's management company regarding the lost package. I emailed Away customer service this morning informing them of what happened to see if they could provide more insight regarding the delivery process. It's not even 7 hours later and they offered to send me a replacement bag. I was not expecting this whatsoever, just simply looking for any information they could provide to help shed light on the missing package. Heather was extremely kind and helpful. I truly appreciate it!

I really wanted to love the Away Everywhere Bag but it sadly disappoints. It is a major struggle to slide onto a suitcase carry on handle - waaay to tight & the bag is hard to zip up which makes this very stressful when going through security. Also, it didn't fit nearly as much as advertised - very narrow. If you were wishing to fit a laptop, adapter and small bag of toiletries, or extra pair of shoes, this will not fit the bill. Its also very heavy. Truly disappointed. Interestingly I can't leave a review on their website either or would have done so.
