I bought Away luggage 4 years ago. Recently I was going on a trip to Italy & I was unable to lock my suitcase with the TSA attached lock. I had to purchase a combination lock to travel. When I returned home I contacted Away customer service. They contacted me back within a few hours & instructed me how to try to fix the lock. None of these methods worked. Without any problem they said they were going to send me a new piece of luggage(exact same as I have) & a pre paid postage to send back the damaged one. Within a few days I received the new luggage piece. I can’t say enough about their customer service dept. They answered all my questions, got back to me promptly & honored their guarantee. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I ordered a bag from here on December 20 and it was delivered to my building on December 22. The concierge staff at my building claim they never received it, even with Proof of Delivery from USPS. The back-and-forth emailing has lasted a month, and I have received no solution from my building's management company regarding the lost package. I emailed Away customer service this morning informing them of what happened to see if they could provide more insight regarding the delivery process. It's not even 7 hours later and they offered to send me a replacement bag. I was not expecting this whatsoever, just simply looking for any information they could provide to help shed light on the missing package. Heather was extremely kind and helpful. I truly appreciate it!

Bought a suitcase and a weekend bag from them, I had an issue with the zip on the small bat, the washing bag that comes inside the suitcase and the battery pack of the suitcase - all have been replaced even outside of the warranty. I received a helpful reply to all my emails in a very reasonable time and best of all I absolutely love the suitcase, being long haul cabin crew my case gets LOTS of use and this is my favourite brand of luggage I’ve ever used. The suitcase glides beautifully and is made well. Well worth the cost!!

I have purchased 3 bags from Away as gifts. One arrived damaged (hard to believe but it was crushed to the point of not being able to open). Away's customer' service was simply fabulous. One email with pictures and a nice fellow handled the claim seamlessly. They are sending me a replacement and I will return the damaged one in the same box. Way beyond how I anticipated the warranty claim would go. Thanks, Away. And PS, the recipients of all three bags are thrilled.
