Avantree Tracking Order Status

Jeany at the Avantree Support team was a real trooper. She persevered with my inability to pair the new headphones. I had bought the set about 11 months ago and when I enquired about just buying the headphones ( I had broken them) , I was sent , FREE, new headphones. She went over and above to help me. Well done Avantree in your choice of customer service personnel.

I purchased the Audikast Plus Transmitted and the TWS116 earphones from Avantree. Both were easy to set up with excellent instructions. Registration was a easy, however when I registered the ear phones it did not immediately go through. Received an email from their support people that my registration was confirmed. 24 months warranty, 24/7 tech support. Customer service is the best by far especially in this day and age of farmed out customer service.

have been really happy with the products i purchased through amazon.ca. however experiencing some warrany issues. was told 2-5 days for what i required. nada. so told another 2-5 days...nada its just a joke! the company does seem to care once they have the sale. they really need to work on their customer support imo. am not a happy customer....................... Follow up, Jan. 30.23. They had apparently sent the items needed by regular post... I received the part I needed on January 24th. Far cry from 2-5 Days as it was an auto generated shipping response. Never the less they kept their word. So I am happy this was resolved. Despite the slow response time via email.

Bought a headset for work. Bluetooth keeps dropping. off. Cable for headset is very short so not ideal. When connected, good product.

I’ve bought Avantree Aria Me headphones which allow you to input a profile based on your hearing difficulties. I’ve found them really good to compensate for my deafness. The best thing about Avantree as a company though is their customer service which is the best of any firm I have dealt with. The odd problems I have had have been sorted out immediately and they go the extra mile to ensure you are happy.
