Ho acquistato una desert boot per curiosità..il design è molto simile al polacchino Walk and Walk di Loro Piana (di cui sono cliente da 18 anni!) che rimane nettamente superiore. Calzano una taglia in meno rispetto a Loro Piana. Credo vengano prodotte a Montegranaro, probabilmente da Luciano Ilari, praticamente identiche alla Arturo di Scarosso. E' un peccato perchè potrebbero fare una scarpa qualitativamente superiore senza farne risentire il prezzo. Non credo ne acquisterò più. Lascio per Sophie il mio numero ordine 1480060566 visto che dice di non trovarlo. È stata fatta anche una fattura alla mia società.

I’m honestly quite surprised with these negative reviews. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. I ordered two pairs of loafers which I needed urgently so that I could take with me on my holiday. Aurelien states that UK delivery takes 5-7 days. I emailed them to see if there’s anything they could do to speed this up, and 48 hours later the shoes were in my hand. Of the two pairs, I needed to return one due to the size and within 5 minutes I had a label and I just dropped it off to the post office to be shipped back. Even though shipping you pay for yourself, it was only £13. As for the shoe itself - amazing quality. Looks and feels very luxurious. I’ll definitely be purchasing from here again.

Slechte klantenservice, kwaliteit en prijsverhouding

Die Qualität der Schuhe ist tatsächlich gut, jedoch ist der Kundenservice katastrophal und Rücksendungen/Umtausch muss der Kunde sehr teuer bezahlen. Bei den Preisen wirklich nicht angemessen finde ich.

Magnifique! La qualité est vraiment belle. J’ai récemment découvert cette marque et tout est vraiment super! Des pulls aux chaussures, tout est fait de haut en bas jusque dans les moindres détails. Chez Aurélien ils savent ce qu’ils font!
