I’m honestly quite surprised with these negative reviews. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. I ordered two pairs of loafers which I needed urgently so that I could take with me on my holiday. Aurelien states that UK delivery takes 5-7 days. I emailed them to see if there’s anything they could do to speed this up, and 48 hours later the shoes were in my hand. Of the two pairs, I needed to return one due to the size and within 5 minutes I had a label and I just dropped it off to the post office to be shipped back. Even though shipping you pay for yourself, it was only £13. As for the shoe itself - amazing quality. Looks and feels very luxurious. I’ll definitely be purchasing from here again.

Magnifique! La qualité est vraiment belle. J’ai récemment découvert cette marque et tout est vraiment super! Des pulls aux chaussures, tout est fait de haut en bas jusque dans les moindres détails. Chez Aurélien ils savent ce qu’ils font!

Ik was opzoek naar een bepaalde kleur schoen, die ik niet zo 123 online kon vinden. Ik stuurde Aurélien een berichtje, en kreeg gelijk antwoord. Zij stuurde mij een rits aan foto’s op van schoenen die ik evt mooi vond, zelfde schoenen die net binnen waren. Super bedankt voor de snelle & attente service, ik ga zeker nog een paar schoenen hier halen! Mijn vrienden raad ik Aurélien ook altijd aan als ze een nieuw paar schoenen zoeken, iedereen is er super blij mee.

Honestly 3 orders from the website all 3 very happy with it, I read people writing bad stuff of the customer service. I ordered a few hours before their black friday sale went life. Send an email if it's possible to get a price reduction, same day refund of the price difference 😀
