AquaTru Tracking Order Status

Horrible customer service and a slightly confusing website, especially when ordering filters. The machine seems to work great so far, but I would not recommend it to anyone in my circle. Customer service is just as important as the product itself. Ps. I received the incorrect filters, and I had to pay MYSELF to send it back. This has been going on for more than a week now lol

I opted for the glass carafe machine. And I bought two carafes..,you really need two because you run out quickly. Thats the only issue. Other than that, I love it. Having reverse osmosis on the counter is super awesome.

Great water filter. Water does not have any funny taste.

We have had two Aquatru reverse osmosis systems. We loved Aquatru initially. However, over time, mold appears around the plastic pieces on the tank lids and above the handle area. Most concerning is the spout where the water is released. Quite a bit of mold develops there. The units are not meant to be taken apart so it is impossible to get at the mold to remove it. The first unit we had stopped working after a couple of years. We did not have the mold issue with that unit. But the second unit works well but the black mold makes the water undrinkable.

My boyfriend bought me the under-sink, alkaline water system for Christmas. The company is very evasive. My water tastes like baking soda and they won't tell me what's in their mineral cartridge. I've been waiting a week for "engineering" to get back to me (per the help desk) and no one has. I've been told multiple things at this point: "minerals", "magnesium and calcium", "sodium, magnesium and calcium" and also "proprietary mineral blend." I believe I have a right to know what's in the bleeping water. I find it very creepy. To add more to the creepiness, their "social media manager" removed my comment on their Facebook page. I've NEVER seen a company do that before, no matter how big. They typically leave up unflattering comments but AquaTru is pulling a China and censoring customer comments on Facebook. Double Creepy! I only put this machine on my Christmas list because Mamavation recommended it, but they're mysterious alkaline cartridge is actually making me sick. I can taste baking soda flavor in my nose after drinking their water and I certainly don't need bleeping baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) in my water if that's their secret recipe. Hey AquaTru, why the big evasion and what's in the water?
