AquaTru – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy and still decided to ignore the bad TrustPilot reviews, BIG MISTAKE. The videos on YouTube and the tests in these videos suggest this is the best filter on the market, which it could well be.. that is if you ever get it. I ordered AquaTru classic, with a tray and a bottle of Minerals. now not a day after ordering I received a message that the minerals are out of stock and I wont get my order till January. Now, I don't necessary need the minerals so I contacted the company to ask them to ship my water filter without the minerals.. and this is where you realise they really dont care. 1-phone lines and Whatsapp shut down over black Friday weekend. when you email them you get a response from an agent, but only to let you know, you will get your order eventually, not reading the request.. not engaging with you just a standard template. and if you look on the website they are still pushing products hard with discounts.. knowing they can not fulfil the orders till 2025. Suggestion to Denise the head of CS and Vincent the CEO: Echt een goede manier om de reputatie van je bedrijf de grond in te duwen. CX is belangerijk. doe er wat aan.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and their approach to customer service. Despite following every single instruction they provided to resolve the issue with my AquaTru system, the problem persists. I spent a considerable amount of money on this product, including purchasing additional filters for two years in advance, yet I’m left with a malfunctioning device and no real support from the company. Instead, they expect me to cover the shipping costs to return the defective filter for inspection under warranty. And judging by their tone, it seems like they'll blame the issue on me rather than standing behind their product. This is not how a company that values its customers should operate. I cannot recommend their products or service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and wasted money.

I received my Aquatru Carafe Reverse Osmosis in early July. It was not able to up-take water within 4 months and was a total fail. Company could care less. This company was recommended by Sayer Ji of Greenmedinfo. He should get out of the recommendation business. I live in AZ where there is hard water, that's one of the reasons why I bought this portable device. They will sell you a product they know will fail. This is a California Company. Do I need to say more?

I opted for the glass carafe machine. And I bought two carafes..,you really need two because you run out quickly. Thats the only issue. Other than that, I love it. Having reverse osmosis on the counter is super awesome.

Great water filter. Water does not have any funny taste.
