AcuWrong after 13 years it's time to give up on AcuWrong. When hot temps 90+ happen AcuWrong becomes very very very wrong with readings. We even bought their new Iris model to replace the older version in hopes it might be more accurate, but sadly it is not. All while so many neighbors with other brands of weather stations are not having this problem.

Product is OK. I can't comment on service, there wasn't any. The website is disorganized and grammatically incorrect to the point of being misleading in a manner unfavourable to the consumer.

The device has been pretty good but don't ever expect any kind of customer service, they are terrible.

Weather Station failed, replaced, failed. Temperature sensors, failed. Display screen froze on logo. A known issue, and they said, sorry, out of warranty, but here is 10% off to buy another piece of junk that is only made to last a year which is the warranty period. Do not support this rip off company. They do not stand behind their products which will not last. Update: Customer service was very responsive and has sent out a replacement unit. I can't speak to improvement of product quality, but customer service has improved, although I did have to really push for a replacement which should have been offered immediately because this particular issue was clearly a product fault that has happened regularly to this particular product.

- Bad customer service experience after receiving my order missing two of three remote sensors. Difficult to reach, especially from outside of the USA. Won't provide a toll-free phone number for ordering/billing issues and won't provide any phone number at all for Tech Support. Online chat is available but takes a long time. - My packing slip reads: "Returns: Visit [website address not allowed in review] to view return and refund policy details." but that address is currently rendering nothing but a 404 Error from their website host. - Canadian shoppers beware: you can't select your region and are looking at prices in American dollars, even if you're browsing their website through a Canadian IP. The exchange was very costly, plus $15 in duties by FedEx prior to release. After shipping and all fees, the $81 set (after a small discount for subscribing to their e-mail distribution list) turned into $163 CAD. - Pasted below is what I shared with the customer service agent who offered nothing to offset my extra troubles or make amends, even after my clear communication of the following at the end of our chat to deal with a number of issues: "Just a heads-up for the benefit of AcuRite's customer satisfaction data collection, this was my first time purchasing anything from AcuRite and it has not been a positive one. From the shocking discovery that I was shopping in USD upon seeing my credit card statement, to the missing remote sensors, to not having a toll-free number to call and having to take the lifespan of a goldfish to communicate by chat like this, to the suspected inaccuracy of a remote sensor that is part of a bundle that retails for 89USD and works out to 163CAD after other charges are added-on for shipping and then duty by FedEx, I am very disappointed and Frustrated. I expected better of AcuRite. After finally arriving in what will probably be another week, if my missing sensors don't perform better than this first one is so far, this whole bundle will be returned. If I want to buy an inacurate system, I'll buy a [brand redacted] from a local retailer for a fraction of the cost and no shipping or duties." Their response: "I will pass along your feedback. Thank you for your time today. You will be receiving an email survey, we would love to hear your feedback! Thank you for choosing AcuRite, have a good day!"
