AcuWrong after 13 years it's time to give up on AcuWrong. When hot temps 90+ happen AcuWrong becomes very very very wrong with readings. We even bought their new Iris model to replace the older version in hopes it might be more accurate, but sadly it is not. All while so many neighbors with other brands of weather stations are not having this problem.

Product is OK. I can't comment on service, there wasn't any. The website is disorganized and grammatically incorrect to the point of being misleading in a manner unfavourable to the consumer.

The device has been pretty good but don't ever expect any kind of customer service, they are terrible.

Purchased a new AcuRite a month ago, and immediately encountered an issue with the Indoor Temperature Reading. I compared it to my thermometer (next to the display unit) and also my home thermostat. Both reflected exactly the same temperature, but the AcuRite was typically 4 degrees over that. So, I called Customer Service and they were kind enough to replace the display since it was still under warrantly. I received that one, installed it, and it turned out to have exactly the same problem. I contacted Customer Service again, and they said there was nothing they could do.....that the acceptable variance was +- 4 degrees. Are they serious??? Isn't the name of their Company ACURITE.....implying accuracy? They need to either insist that their manufacturer provde a product that is accurate....or, provide a way to manually adjust the temperature readings.

I hate AcuRite weather systems. Huge waste of money. They are offline and not working the majority of the time. Do yourself a favor and read up on weather systems prior to purchasing. AcuRite is not the brand to purchase!
