4inkjets Tracking Order Status

I am a business partner for a small artist collective, we had been using this company's product for over a year now and while the ink has served us well- we have had a few issues with the company. The biggest issue we have had is the failure to ship out our product to us after receiving payment, we never received a shipping confirmation and our ink was never sent in a timely manner. For other reasons, we decided to switch ink suppliers. When my business partner reached out to them for a refund, they ignored our email and sent out an order we no longer needed. To say we are disappointed by this is an understatement.

I found 4inkjets through a list of websites that sell remanufactured ink cartridges. 4inkjets scored highly and offered a 10% coupon on top of their already low prices, so I decided to place an order. At the time, the 4inkjets website had a disclaimer about delayed shipping and handling times. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates about my order after the estimated number of business days. When I visited the website a second time, the disclaimer was gone. The lack of communication made me question the legitimacy of the website. I looked up reviews of 4inkjets on sites like trustpilot and was discouraged by the reviews. Before going through with a chargeback, I decided to contact customer service through their form. It took them a while to respond to my emails, but I did eventually receive my ink. For your reference, I placed my order on March 11th, and the ink arrived on April 3rd. I was able to install the cartridges and print some test pages without any problems. I can't see myself giving 4inkjets five stars due to the lack of communication, but I will consider adding another star should the ink cartridges prove to be of good quality well beyond the first day of use. Their promotions can save you more than $10 per cartridge if you do not mind contacting customer service yourself for an update and are in no rush to receive your products. Personally, I don't know whether I am willing to take the risk again. (I received the cartridges in an LD Products mailer. LD Products and 4inkjets appear to be sister sites, and the latter has better reviews albeit still not stellar.)

I have moved and failed to update my address with 4Inkjets as I do not use them every month (their cartridges last longer than the manufacturer's). When I received the confirmation I realized my mistake. Though their 800# customer service kept me in a music loop the left me an option to leave a VM. I was quickly addressed, charge removed from my CC and a reorder. Although my husband used another company ONCE I realized the difference in product quality & I would not consider using any other company for ink cartridges.

I have to give them 5 stars ! I have never had a problem with this company . Ive always received my order and pretty quick as well !

I purchased 1).LD InkPods for HP 63XL Black Ink Cartridge (3-Pack with OEM printhead) 2).LD InkPods for HP 63XL Tri-Color Ink Cartridge (3-Pack with OEM printhead) I put in a negative review, they did not post it as of yet, this ink is junk, fake 5 star reviews, works for a while then, prints non legible no help from cleaning or alignment, replaced cartridge with no help, thought the printer broke, before i trashed it, I purchase original HP ink from ebay for a good price, worked like a charm. this ink is junk, waste of $100.00... Wish I would have come to Trustpilot before I bought from this scammer company. UPDATE: 4Ink Jets sent me Ink replacements, In good faith, I will try them when my current ink runs out.
