4inkjets – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have moved and failed to update my address with 4Inkjets as I do not use them every month (their cartridges last longer than the manufacturer's). When I received the confirmation I realized my mistake. Though their 800# customer service kept me in a music loop the left me an option to leave a VM. I was quickly addressed, charge removed from my CC and a reorder. Although my husband used another company ONCE I realized the difference in product quality & I would not consider using any other company for ink cartridges.

I have to give them 5 stars ! I have never had a problem with this company . Ive always received my order and pretty quick as well !

Despite only a few reviews, good and not so good, I decided to try 4inkjets. The inks arrived really quickly, but I had a couple of installation problems which Customer Service resolved in a polite, efficient and rapid fashion via live chat and by phone. I highly recommend the way this company looks after its customers!

Besides the fact that their ink cartridges are more reasonable than OEMs, for the most part they perform very well, although occasionally they are rejected by the printer. The cost savings makes it worth a try, however, and the company will back up their products if they fail to perform.

I like, too, that it's really inexpensive to get those non-OEM items, but I also highly prefer the OEM Printer Ink Cartridges, even if they are 4-6 x's more expensive, I'll have to try new things so I can break myself of those (possible) stigmas regarding the "generic" inks. At least 4inkjets.com is a member of the BBB, though, eh..
