1StopLighting Tracking Order Status

The great customer service rep at 1StopLighting, Princess, came to my rescue and offered me compensation even when the manufacturer of the light I purchased refused. The manufacturer acknowledged the light had changed from the one advertised online. But they would not make reparations for the extra money I would have to put out to make the light useable. 1StopLighting did, even though the fault lies with the manufacturer. That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Customer Service Response time was very good. Communications from Princess was excellent. My issue was resolved quickly and with minimal effort. Thank you Princess!

BromicHeatingUSA staff did an amazing job helping purchase heaters for our patio. Immanul assisted me with the order and I received the product within 3 days!! As my contractor was installing we decided to purchase a different switch. I called and Immanuel to return the switch last I had bought and order new ones. He was very professional and friendly. It's not good service when you need customer service and this company forces you to use an online chat and a series of questions and answers to try to help. A solid company like build.com has a whole team of well spoken agents that are ready for all your needs. When I did an online chat with Gerard, we finally got my return taken care of but Gerard waited a minute or two in between every typed sentence to respond.
