The great customer service rep at 1StopLighting, Princess, came to my rescue and offered me compensation even when the manufacturer of the light I purchased refused. The manufacturer acknowledged the light had changed from the one advertised online. But they would not make reparations for the extra money I would have to put out to make the light useable. 1StopLighting did, even though the fault lies with the manufacturer. That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

BromicHeatingUSA staff did an amazing job helping purchase heaters for our patio. Immanul assisted me with the order and I received the product within 3 days!! As my contractor was installing we decided to purchase a different switch. I called and Immanuel to return the switch last I had bought and order new ones. He was very professional and friendly. I have ordered 5 Uttermost lamps in the past 2 weeks from 1StopLighting and not only do they have the best prices (check the promos!), their service is also top notch! The lamps are gorgeous!
