I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. I have been doing photography and having photo books made for many years and I can say without hesitation this is the best product as well as the best customer service I have experience in many years. The product is near perfect and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Moreover, I was enrolled in their pro plan, which provided very usable perks and exceedingly fast shipping. I had some shipping delays and customer service was absolutely amazing, they were on top of it all the way through and they even refunded me shipping costs. The albums are beautiful and excellent quality!! Definitely recommend.

I was very hesitant to purchase my wedding album from zno because of the negative reviews I saw online. But I decided to risk it and order it anyway. My album came out absolutely beautiful!! Amazing high end quality, clear pictures made from beautiful material pages, and the leather is stunning. I highly recommend using zno!! Also it arrived less than a week after I ordered it!! You won’t regret your purchase!!

Again, I can only give positive feedback for this company, quickness of service and the quality of the product. Since my last review, I have ordered different items and today arrived the 8 X 8x10 Flush Mount Print (Metallic Print). With the discount applied at the time, these worked out at about £2.41 for each. The sheen is amazing and does make them look metallic. another really happy purchase.

I was sceptical about ordering anything as the company is based in China and I was thinking that it would take forever to get to me. I am glad that I did though, my first order which was for a 6 x 6 little black book was ordered on the Friday, dispatched on Sunday and arrived on Thursday so less than a week. Compare this to a package that was dispatched via royal mail 24-hour service on a Monday and did not get to me till Friday. The book itself was great quality, love the really think pages hard card and the images were great. Well put together. So, since then I have ordered another three and even with delivery these work out about 40% cheaper than similar ones that I have bought from the UK sites. Really pleased overall so far with the prudcts I have ordered.
