My reservation had minor issues but ZEN HOTELS customer support team was amazing. They solved the problem quickly and even had alternative options if my first choice wasn’t available. The website itself is so user friendly that I loved the booking process as it was very smooth. One thing that really impresses me is how reactive their support team is; unlike other booking platforms they react really quickly to every question I have. I’ll be using them again.
