Zelens UK – Coupons, Promo Codes & Special Offers (9)

I emailed requesting to cancel my item as it had been processing to be told that they would have to come back to me. They then emailed to say this was unable to be completed as it had been dispatched but I had no notification of this just that zelens had recieved my Order. Upon responding informing this and that this was not in dispatch stage and was made in error I was ignored but then had a dispatch email ironically! I emailed again informing I’m to consider legal action to then be told that it has been escalated.. whilst I’m still waiting for my full refund.. the item arrives and now they want me to pay again for postage and package to return it. I’d just not waste your tjme, effort and money.

Bought a product which didn’t spray properly so contacted customer service. They were unavailable to send me a like for like replacement due to it being discontinued but asked me what else I would like to try from their store instead. They sent a full size product straight away. Fantastic customer service! Thank you Chiara
