MPOW – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought 2 MPOW 66 LED Garden solar power lights 9 years ago and I'm happy to report that both of them are still going strong while neighbours who bought different brands have had theirs fail and replaced several times. It's no surprise my neighbours have now, in turn, bought the MPOW brand. 5 stars

Bought a set of wireless headphones. Good value, good quality headset, with good battery life and design. Have'nt had to deal with the companies customer services but as a product I'm impressed. Would recommend. ;-)

I have just had a replacement set of S10 bluetooth sports head set replaced under warranty with no problem, once I got through, though. Thats the hard bit.. To start these were the best I had at a reasonable price, I only listen podcasts mainly but they are pretty good, compared to wife apple ones. Also talking on the phone two ways are very clear, also only 17 gms ( for hiking ) so I really liked them, but they would not charge after a few months. I had bought from the Mpow website, it was easy for date of purchase and proof of this, followed instructions for warranty claim but the fault reporting link "claim" just would not open. Then tried the email nothing. Looked up other reviews and most negative and scam company. Then I tried another email address to customer services , totally different experience really friendly emails back and forth and no issue with warranty. So use " cservice at xmpow.com "

This may only work if you have already registered the warranty / have bought the product from the official Mpow site. Try using their warranty email shown on the "about" page on their Facebook, and send your order number. The other email just gives autoreplies. Their customer service from my experience was great, and the quality of their earphones is what you would expect even of high end brands.

I bought 2 BH390 and will buy a third. I used to update my TV to work with some Bluetooth headphones and also for my amp so I could stream without the TV on. Now I want one for the car. Sound quality is great. However there is a delay when being used to transmit with the audio connectors so watching TV gets progressively out of sync over a few hours. That's the only marginal problem I found and certainly not enough to stop me buying another.
