I've read most of the reviews on this page and alot of the negative reviews don't add up according to my experience. I've been tattooing for over 20 years, and I've ordered supplies from just about every company there is in the US. Worldwide is one of the companies at the top of my list. I've never had a problem with the quality of anything I've bought from them over the years. Over the years there have been mix-ups, or mistakes with orders on occasion, but I am here to tell you that their customer service is top notch. I can't speak on the subject of email responses, because when I have a problem I don't email, I prefer to talk to an actual person, so I know that there is no misunderstanding. Yes they DO have a phone number on the website (one poster claims that they don't) and the lady that you talk to is friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure that the problem is solved. Even when the mistake in the order was my own. I do shop around, and Worldwide isn't the only company i order from, but they are one of my favorites, and as long as they are in business, the will get mine whenever possible.

I ordered myself a pack of mixed colour ink in small 7ml btls and it wasn't a large order but I received not only my cool new ink but also received a cool goody bag with stickers, a face mask, a headband and some other cool stuff as well as the canvas bag it came in. Gotta say top notch service and highly recommended worldwide tattoo supply. 👍👍👍
