Example: Recently had an issue with a Rockshox digital fork pump that I purchased over one year ago. Wrote to customer service and got a same day reply. They said they would work with Rockshox warranty dept. Next email said my replacement was in the mail and no need to return defective item. Amazing. No hassle. Just fast and great service.
