You need lots of skills to use WooCommerce for an ecommerce store. If you are a beginner, just go with that second option

Die wenigsten Probleme aller Shopsysteme, kommt höchstens noch gambio mit.

Good platform

The reviews here have not fit my experience at all. The customer service is diligent, and if you do your due diligence their system is very clear in terms of pricing, how they operate, etc. Woocommerce is FREE. But, their extensions are not. Their prices are frustrating, but honestly, for how well their extensions integrate within the Woocommerce system, it's a no brainer. If you don't have coding experience or money to spend on a coder to navigate the webdev world - why are you here? why blame Woo for your incompetence? why leave negative reviews? Go to Shopify, or Wix or someone that holds your hand through your experience. Out of the box, Woo is a solidly functioning system. Worth the price. I had zero experience in coding or building a website before 1.5 years ago, and Woo has made the process so much simpler for me. They very clearly state that they do not provide support for customization on their products, and they live up to that. Which has massively disappointed me a large handful of times. But, because I know how to Google things, I've figured out my issues without needing to leave shifty reviews as a victim of my own incompetence. Yeah, their expensive, and rigid, but its a super stable system and if you can think for yourself, its HIGHLY customizable. Their support crew has ALWAYS been diligent, transparent, and has dumbed things down for me. Always. I'm probably the worst kind of customer too. While experimenting on a Woo plugin, I purchased and requested a refund SEVERAL times (maybe like, 5?) within about a 2 month time period. And, I was never mistreated, and my money went exactly where I wanted it to go. Also, I've bombarded their support team with endless questions, often times fairly repetitive and stupid questions that oftentimes were about customization for my site's needs (they clearly say they dont help with that), and theyve always been extremely helpful in guiding me to an answer and have never shown any sign of frustration. All the negative reviews here seem like they're coming from a victim mentality and complete incompetence and/or negating accountability. Woo is alright by me. It's been about 1.5yrs of building my multivendor ecommerce platform using Woocommerce and their extensions. I'm a busy guy with a full time profession and a life, just building my site on the side (with absolutely no webdev, or coding experienceprior) and haven't launched my site yet. I have yet to start onboarding with customers, so I cannot speak to their quality in terms of how they handle my customers, their needs, and their money, etc. But, based off my experience so far, I feel like we're in good hands with Woo.
