I have 2 wolf Cub watch winders the last one purchased around 2 years ago. Recently it started to make a noise I contacted Wolf customer support. Becky emailed and asked for some details she then arranged to collect the unit for inspection after a week I received a replacement unit. The service I have received from Wolf has been amazing and I certainly would recommend there products and back up service.

Had a problem with the cuff on my Wolf Cub watch winder, Spoke to Becky who quickly Resolved the problem by sending me out a new cuff. Very pleased will recommend.

Three years ago my wife generously purchased a double watch winder from Wolf1834 as my Christams present. This provided quiet, consistent service for over two years and then one of the winders began to make a noise - bearing in mind one of the features of Wolf watch winders is their silent running so you can happily keep them in the bedroom this was clearly 'not right'. As the winder was over 2 years old I assumed any warranty would have expired so I lived with the gentle graunching of plastic gears until a f ew months later that winder expired and turned no more. Somewhat speculatively I contacted their warranty division and was provided with a RMA number (freepost) to return the winder to their UK office in Washington, West Sussex. Instead of being told "it's out of warranty" or "we can't repair it but can offer a discount on a newer model" (as is frequently the case in these instances) I heard nothing until a few days later when I received a brand new winder! Lisa and Antonio at Wolf1834 were patient and courteous throughout and a credit to the business. On the basis of this experience I can highly recommend Wolf1834 and their products.

Superb Service, carnt fault them .

I purchased a phone bag as I wanted something compact, that would fit my phone and a bank card if necessary for when I am out walking my dog. I am impressed the the workmanship, with two exceptions.. The small zipped pocket at the front of the bag is a waste of space and time... Nothing will fit in it .. even when trying to use the pocket before you put your phone in.. It would have been far better to do away with the zip and make it a pocket like the one on the reverse of the bag.. easy to just slip a card or some notes in, which would have made the bag cheaper to make and buy. Secondly.. crossbody bag .. much better to have placed the straps on either side of the bag instead of in the centre.. I find it annoying that it swings and rotates all the time I'm walking!! Maybe that's just my opinion.. but I'm giving my review on how I feel .. that said.. it is a nicely made little bag with plenty of colour choices .. sustainable and made locally.. ie in Spain... so no impact environmentally for shipping.
