Great customer service! I provided the incorrect address for a delivery and it was returned to them. They asked me for a correct address and shipped it back out the same day at no charge! All my other baskets arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I have to say reading multiple bad comments AFTER ordering, made me nervous and skeptical. Baskets were the same as the photo, delivery was on time. And I ordered at the busiest time of the year. Shipped on 28th, delivered on 29th. Quite satisfied with their service!
