Wow...I can't believe I didn't read the reviews on this company like I would normally do. I think I'm already regretting ordering from them. It's been a week since my order and not one peep or piece of correspondence other than the verification that they received my order & my payment. I needed the wine for my book club meeting this Saturday, 11/19/22 and was sure I would have it by then. Apparently their website, when trying to check on your order is null & void. Kept telling me my username & password was invalid, yet they sent my original invoice where I paid them to the same email address they claim wasn't on file…SMH🤔 UPDATE: I spoke too soon!! My order did arrive, and after speaking with one of the CSA at Wespeakwine, he explained why my order was delayed by a few days. Well, soon after speaking with Bauman, my order arrived exactly as he said and I couldn’t be more delighted. 2 bottles of my wine was on back order, so it took an addt'l 2 days for it to come in. I am in Florida and they did not want to charge me separate shipping fee's, so that's why the order did not ship right away. One of the brands is hard to find, but Wespeakwine had the brand & every other brand/flavor in my order. I will definitely do business with their company in the near future. Very happy customer! (:). PS...I’m still unable to login to their website, but I sent an email to Frank, the owner, and hopefully he will have a fix for me.

To be fair, I've only used them once, to send a gift of champagne to someone. I shopped around and their prices were not inflated, and they delivered the right item when they said they would. Yes, a signature was required, but peeps: a signature is ALWAYS required when you order alcohol through the mail. Chances are your FEDEX or UPS delivery person just doesn't care and leaves your stuff on your porch anyway, but you can't expect that everywhere. Anyway, the one time I used these guys, they were fine. Maybe I just got lucky, based on all the negative reviews...

This is my usual go-to delivery service for sending wine to my in-laws. Last November I ordered a bottle of Giovanni Rosso Barolo for a birthday again. I timed the delivery date a day early, it was delivered a day later than confirmed. Which was still okay, but I would suggest to plan for more of a buffer just to be safe. The delivery delays in the last months seem to happen regardless if you pay for shipping or not. In any case I will order again.

I had a recent issue with a delivery of 2 great bottles for Xmas eve. The carrier was 4 days late and the wine was a little slushy. An email and 2 hours later a reply and 2 hours after that a great resolution. The company has very good customer service in my experience.
