Wilshire Wigs and Accessories – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I placed order on September 4 they took my money immediately. I’ve heard nothing since, I’ve emailed six times, called numerous times they are not accepting phone calls. Do not order from this place.

My current experience with Wilshire Wigs is EXACTLY like most of the reviews before me. I ordered a Rene Of Paris wig that I have been ordering from THEM for years. I kind of thought something might be up with them when they went through a period of no “30% off” sales. But when I checked back and they had a sale, against my better judgement, I ordered again. And just like most everyone else, I ordered over a month ago, the charge cleared my credit card the next day, I have called more than once, and emailed twice like their recording says to do. No response. No wig. I have ordered from them for years and never had to wait more than 2 weeks for my wig order. This is shameful and disgusting. Where’s the integrity? Laura

Like so many of these reviews. These folks never return calls or emails. I placed an order on 8/24/24 and still no hairpiece. They sure took my money immediately, but nothing in any form of communication. Please stay away from this business...they're horrible!

Wilshire Wigs is a multi-faceted business that offers more than simply wigs. Even though I am dealing with hair loss, the helpful service and high-quality items that they offer have been essential to restoring my self-assurance.

I sometimes utilise faux hair as a fun accessory as any other and when I saw a Belle Tress piece at such a wonderful price point I gave Wilshire a try. I must admit that some negative reviews had given me pause but my personal experience has been nothing short of excellent. After an initial mixup the staff at Wilshire responded immediately to send me a gorgeous replacement in record time! I have to say that 3 different reps responded to my newbie queries with cheerful, patient professionalism — and then followed up immediately. Kudos to this company indeed!
