I ordered a clear lunchbox for my Son. They cancelled my order with no explanation and said they would refund me $0.00 - so now I have no lunch box and no refund. I emailed them three times with no response, I've tried to contact them through Instagram (no response), and their phone number just has a recorded message that says to email them. No help, no refund, and no product??? What a terrible business!!
I wrote a bad (1star) review of their nap mat on there direct website where I purchased it and they did not post it. It was an honest review, makes me wonder how many others they have not posted. I emailed them asking why they did not post it, and did not receive a response. Fifty dollars wasted. Worst nap mat I’ve ever purchased.
