This is my fourth purchase in the last month: two wigs and two hairpieces. I have called customer service for assistance and they have been absolutely the best at helping me select the perfect style and color. I would highly recommend this company and will be purchasing more items in the future!

I got my first hair piece. It is a beautiful piece, excellent quality, it arrived on time, unfortunately I didn't notice it had the front lace and I wanted one without it. I sent a message and Emma was super nice, friendly and helpful through the exchange process! Now I am waiting the right piece with excitement!! UPDATE: I got the new one super fast and it is just PERFECT!! Beyond happy

I am new to the Wig wearing/shopping experience so I made a few minor errors. Thankfully I had been shopping online at Wigs by Patties Pearls and the customer service team was so helpful! She helped me pick the correct color I was trying to find and spoke with me several different times to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. Thank you Emma!!
