WW – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I wanted to cancel WW and had to call someone. I did not think the App was very helpful to me because I need accountability. I was given a month free and the helpful rep explained to me that they have virtual meetings. I decided to give the in person meetings a try and am happy I did. I am now down 46 pounds since the end of June. So in 3 1/2 months I have done great!! I think people should utilize the app by calling the help line or just playing with the app. I did not do that and I did a huge disservice to myself.

I love weight watchers, and have lost weight. I want to thank you for giving me a free month so I don't have to pay for June 24th.

I’ve been on weight watchers off and on for years. It works if you follow the plan and continue once you reach goal. If you stop doing the program of course you’ll gain the weight back. Once you reach lifetime it’s free as long as you’re within 2 lbs of your goal weight. So why wouldn’t you continue it? If you stop and go back to your old lifestyle of course you’ll gain it back. As for canceling I’ve never had an issue. Have your bank reject the charges - that should put a stop to it.

I decided after a day I wasn’t ready to do this and called to cancel. No issues and they immediately refunded me. I want to do it but need to lower my anxiety first so I can put the time into it to make it work for me. Read the negative reviews about canceling so wanted to put this out there to help others. You have 7 working days to cancel and get full refund of any goods or services bought online through the Office of the Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations. Janice that I spoke to was great and was very supportive of my decision and I received an email regarding cancellation and refund immediately. Great customer service so when I get my mind ready I will be back.

My wife and I started the program. I liked it, she didn't. We actually READ all the emails about cancellation and followed the EASY to UNDERSTAND steps. It isn't fine print, it's actually spelled out clearly. I canceled her with no issues. People are basically stupid, that's inherent in everyday life experience, but certainly the geniuses here take the cake.
