Weekday – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Har aldrig haft problem. Ibland är de sega med att registrera returer men annars ingenting. Kläderna är bra kvalitet, älskar utbudet. Speciellt jeans!

I ordered a pair of jeans, all seemed to be going well other than the tracking, the parcel wasn't moving. I contacted Customer Care through the chat icon on their website and was told that the jeans had left the Netherlands and were heading my way. I waited a few more days and still no update so I contacted them again using the same chat and I spoke with a lovely person called Eden who checked the tracking their end. Unfortunately, there had been no update for 5 days so Eden advised that at that point they had to assume the parcel had been lost. Eden put a refund through Klarna straight away and sent me a 15% off code for the inconvenience. Obviously, this isn't the outcome that I'd have hoped for but it wasn't their fault and they refunded immediately.

Super helpful customer support! An easy and quick fix to my problem and minimal waiting time.

Har købt fra Weekday gennem deres hjemmeside 2 gange nu, og det har bare fungeret. Relativ kort til normal leveringstid og gode varer :)
