All these poor reviews mostly way out of date are a mystery. I've been with webs for years without issue. Plus I am about to expand with them. Take the poor reviews with scepticism folks as it's a simple platform to use. My site can be viewed at: thatitemineed.webs.com

I am with Webs.com since 2010 and I love it! I bought my premium service in 2011 and since then my website works fine. Didn't have any issues at all. But at the moment I feel like Webs.com is outdated. And its boring for me. More features have been disabled or disappeared. Company's support isn't fast enough now. I am looking forward to exit webs.com and look for other options. It's no longer my cup of tea. I recommend you to use webs.com if you are starting to have a website. For long term use You better look for other platforms. Webs is now outdated. No new templates or good looking templates and no modern designs or any new features.

On the whole a positive experience from start to finish. Its a fairly intuitive website builder that allows you to start a business from scratch really. I have had no complaints during my time with webs and although perhaps some of the 'building blocks' of setting up the site may seem a little cumbersome from time to time it does get the job done, and its fairly low priced as well. Support has always been attentive also.

I was having issues renewing my domain name and they renewed for free for the issues I was having!
