The WB Shop – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They pose as a legit company but the quality is awful. Bought a Ted Lasso hoodie and the printing is amateurish. There is no WB branding, Cheap knockoffs. They ignored my emails when I wrote to them. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I really wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I've been over 2 weeks waiting for an order that said 1-3 business days. Emailing their Customer Service is a joke. Nobody responds. I'm onto my 3rd email. It's an utter shambles of a way to treat your customers.

These are clearly not official items. I ordered a Ted Lasso hoody and although I received my item quite quickly the printing quality is absolutely shocking. I have no shipping label so unlikely I can return for a refund. Don't get caught out!

Just wanted to leave a review to reassure people who are nervous about ordering like I was after seeing all the bad reviews here. After reading all the negative reports here I was very hesitant to order. But they had an out of print RSVLTS shrirt that wasn't available anywhere else and I just couldn't resist. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience! My order was dispatched within 24 hours and it arrived exactly as described and in pristine condition. My only complaint is they don't ship to Australia so I had to use a parcel forwarding company.

Waited a long time for the shirts I ordered, but love them. Bought for my husband and they were worth the wait. Took awhile for the order to actually ship but once it shipped it didn't take an overly long time. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the wait time. Would order from the WB Shop again in the future.
