Excellent customer service I wanted to replace my husband’s very old Pro/Trainer and needed advice on whether to purchase the new Air or Proton. My enquiry email was answered promptly and with loads of detail and so I was easily able to make a decision to order the Proton. Delivery was prompt and after a few issues Charlotte at Customer Services sorted everything out brilliantly. I cannot recommend the company or the service highly enough. The bikes are brilliant and so solid. The Proton has loads of adjustability and a smaller footprint. My only criticism would be that I wish WattBike used their own delivery service rather than couriers. For an expensive piece of equipment it would be nice to have it delivered and installed by the actual company and WattBike techies - similar to the white glove service Keiser offer. But I understand from Charlotte that this is something WattBike are hoping to offer in the future. If you are wondering whether to buy a WattBike don’t hesitate - you won’t regret it. My husband loves it!

Had my proton for a month now and it's fantastic .... Resistance great, gears faultless and it's easy to get on being step through.....previously I had a kikr core with a bike but this is av definate improvement imo.

Can’t fault it. Good upgrade from a turbo trainer.

I got a Proton bike month ago. It works as expected. This bike needs to be used with Apps for loading adjustment. Would be great if it can also work without Apps. Another drawback is not having welcome discount at the time of “impulse” purchase.
