Waterpik – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Sad to see the poor reviews here - My experience is, that their water jet flosser is excellent and has made a day and night improvement to my oral health, especially the gums. But also that my unit had a fault.. and I know that these type of products regardless of brand tend to die.. likely due to electricity and water - but after only a few back and forth emails on trying to fix it, Waterpik sent me a brand new unit for next day shipping. Customer service were not only very friendly and polite, but clear and reasonable - this was all months after my original purchase.. I didn’t expect a good experience with after-sales. The new unit has been going strong for months and am extremely happy. Couldn’t be happier.

The Waterpik water flosser is quite good but has a few design and/or manufacturing issues, as evidenced by the many online posts that describe the same types of problems that I encountered. However, their customer service is excellent! A quick phone call (answered by a human!) and they resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly.

Excellent customer service. Very pleasant and helpful. They stand behind their products. They were going to send me a replacement part and were not sure that would work. Was pleasantly surprised When I received a new unit and it was out of warranty. Superior company!

Die Munddusche Waterpik WP-100E ist sehr langlebig (5 Jahre Betrieb) und qualitativ gut. Ersatzteile sind weitgehend verfügbar. Ein Ventil Kleinteil wurde mir kostenfrei zugeschickt. Das nenne ich nachhaltig.

Excellent customer service! I have been using a Waterpik flosser for 4 years. The company has excellent customer service! When the first one failed, just 3 months shy of the 3 year warranty, they were very quick to send me a new unit (not refurbished) at no cost and no shipping! My only complaint is that the replacement unit does not have ANY warranty at all and it failed in less than a year. I would have expected at least a one year warranty. I did get a $5.00 mail-in rebate. It is very convenient that you can communicate with emails - No chat (I don't type well at all) and no stupid bots or Ai!
