Wasabi – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Just had the sweet chilli chicken with yakisiba noodles purchased from Tesco. I thought it was very tasty and there was plenty of chicken for the price. Price on a par with other chinese/Korean etc ready meals, but I thought it was nicer. Would definitely try other dishes.

I use this chain of restaurants regularly when in London and the food and service are always very good. I recently visited the South Kensington store and there was an issue with the Card Payment machine where it froze at payment stage so that transaction was aborted and completed on another terminal. When checking my bank statement I saw that I had been charged twice. I got in touch with the Wasabi via their website contact form and explained what happened. They were polite, apologetic and requested my bank details and issued me a no quibble refund within the next few days. A genuine mistake which they owned and sorted promptly.

Customer Service as it should be.... I have been going to Wasabi in West One shopping centre for years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Every member of staff goes over and beyond the call of duty. The two managers are always available to lend a hand, be it restacking shelves, clearing tables or working the tills. Thank you and keep up the good work!
