Just had our £100 cellar mystery box delivered and by adding up the values just shy of £200 a bit Red heavy but some really nice looking wines we will now take our time over. Bottle and a half of champagne (Full bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and a half Lanson Black Label. Overall very pleased

I'd love to know what training policy Waitrose use for delivery staff- all the way through the pandemic up to today, every single delivery person has been unfailingly sweet. I don't understand it- they are ALWAYS positive, happy, kind and polite. It's weird. I'm not a lonely person thank god, but I think of the lonely people who these Waitrose beauties go to, they must really be making a difference in people's lives. So thanks Waitrose and thanks to the beautiful, friendly, life affirming delivery drivers with their sunny smiles and friendly words. We appreciate you.
