vPost – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Whilst you can calculate an estimated delivery fee on the VPOST site, be warned, the actual delivery fee will be MUCH higher. You won't know the actual delivery fee until your parcel has arrived at VPOST when it's too late to change your mind. I was charged AU $200 for an $150 item that weighed 2.8kg's to be delivered.

VPOST PEOPLE AT PORTLAND (USA) OPENED THE BOX, HANDLED EVERYTHING INSIDE IT (VERY EXPENSIVE CUSTOM-MADE COMPONENTS) AND HAVE STOLEN PARTS OUT OF THE BOX. I HAVE NOW HAD TO PAY THE SUPPLIER MORE MONEY TO REPLACE THE MISSING PIECES. VPOST STAFF HAVE COST ME OVER $AUD300.

Will deliver your shipment to you. But will also charge 3x as much as competitors for most packages because they use the higher of dimensions or weight for ALL packages, where most just use weight unless it's above a certain size.

I used Vpost for my Amazon purchases for 5 items and due to the expensive postage charges i decided to return the last 2 items that came to the warehouse last. Vpost supposed to help me them but mistakenly return one of the item need to be shipped to me instead. I asked for vpost about the incident on 4th Feb, until today 16th Feb, nobody dare to take the responsibility to answer me back. From a reputable delivery company this is really unacceptable. At least explain what happened but keep silence is not helping. I urge everyone do not use Vpost for your amazon delivery, use Amazon sg instead, the postage fee is reasonably priced maybe a few dollars dearer but the service is there.
