I hadn't used my VPN for quite a while so I had a new laptop & mobile. I hadn't used it on my new laptop. when I tried to set it up I kept getting an error saying I had used up all my 5 devices. I hadn't. I deleted some anyway but it still didn't work. Alex Piehanov was great. Responded quickly & clearly. Followed up when I hadn't been able to reply for a few days. Got it resolved.

I have owned KeepSolid for many years, and there have been very few problems. When there are, their support staff responds almost immediately with the solution to my problem. In fact, I don't know of any provider/seller of anything who is as responsive as KeepSolid. They don't mess around.

As a lifetime KeepSolid account holder I came across a annoying little problem. I had decided to move to a different internet provider. Since the account of KeepSolid VPN is based on an email address that email account was about to be removed. I contacted the support organization with my problem and asked if my account could be migrated to a new email account. Half an hour later I already received a response with the request for some proof of the purchase and a proposed solution. Create a new KeepSolid account with a new email address. Then the support organization would be able to transfer my account to this new email address. The whole procedure took me a few minutes. (finding the original proof of purchase was the most complex thing to answer) luckily if keep a historic file of all my electronic purchases. With that data provided to the support organization the transfer to my new account was done the same day. I am a very happy user of the KeepSolid VPN and especially of the fast and decisive actions of the support organization.
