the cashier Kay is very rude and disrespectful toward the customer. its quite clear why people dont like shopping at this store.

I shopped at Vons on line the charged me 110.00 and I gave them my ebt card for groceries. First I was told 3.99 for delivery then 2.00 for tip. Now I’m told that my ebt card didn’t have sufficient funds which is untrue because there was a balance of 280.00

I used Vons Fresh Pass for the last month. With Fresh Pass. Deliveries are mostly free. The delivery service itself is good. The main challenge I ran into is. That Vons does not keep the their stores up well. Often many products that I order have to be substituted. Many times with products I do not care for. The app is pretty buggy as well.

The food is always fresh and they have deals each day on many different items! I recommend any Vons near you! The service is always professional and the atmosphere is very relaxed. A comfortable place to shop for necessities.
