I have moderate to severe sleep apnea and this device has virtually eliminated my snoring giving me a better quality of sleep. I was meant to get a cap machine but no longer no need one and was worried I couldn't sleep with a mask on. The mouthguard takes a bit of getting used to but it's worth the initial first few nights of a wee bit of discomfort. Thank you Vitalsleep you have changed my life.
