I got my oil changed on Oct 19 around 9am at 28th and Pine Ave in Erie, PA. The guys were extremely helpful and courteous and I was overjoy with the service. Thanks so much! Great job guys!

After a brief disappointment (oil leak after change), Tyler (manager) made things right. After several attempts to locate the oil leak, by two other service employees. Tyler took the time to investigate the situation further. Two more visits were necessary before he nailed it. The aluminum oil pan plug was deformed. He replaced it with a steel plug that has a rubber O-Ring seal instead. Ironically, the aluminum one is the recommended plug. So, I deleted my one star and converted into 5 stars. That did the trick. No more oil spots in my garage. Kudos to Tyler for his tenacious efforts. Nice guy too. No attitude except one of professionalism and courtesy. This facility is in San Clemente, CA.
