Vinatis – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Auf der Suche nach meinem Lieblingsrosé Cote du Mas bin ich auf Vinatis gestoßen. Erfreulicherweise war der Wein auch noch im Angebot, Lieferung war kostenfrei wegen des größeren Volumens von 24 Flaschen. Schnelle Lieferung, bin sehr zufrieden. Bei der Automatisierung der Emails könnte man noch feilen, habe insgesamt 10 Versandemails erhalten.

Meine Bestellung über den erst ab dem 14.11.2023 im Handel erhältlichen Beaujolais wurde pünktlich wie versprochen am Donnerstag 14.11.2023 per Paketdienst geliefert. Super organisiert. Und der Beaujolais schmeckt genau wie beschrieben und erwartet. Für mich alles perfekt und wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Ich hatte 36 Flachen Wein bestellt. Der Wein ist super, war aber schlecht verpackt. Eine Flasche war zerbrochen. Habe die Sendung trotzdem angenommen. Hätte gerne einen Gutschein für die zerbrochene Flasche, den ich bei der nächsten Bestellung einlösen kann.

Schnelle Lieferung! Einfache Bestellung! Leider war eine Flasche zerbrochen, diese bekam ich aber ersetzt!

I have bought wine many times from Vinatis and the selection of wines and the customer service has been great. In the case of my last order the speed of processing the order and final delivery was excellent but there was again a problem with the final delivery. Two of the boxes arrived on the day (Saturday) that they were meant to but the third did not and there was no communication from DPD. Then on Monday I got an email saying that the third box would arrive that morning and later a mail to say that it had been successfully delivered to a neighbour. I was at the office but when I got home I collected it from the neighbour. The box should have contained 3 bottles of CHATEAU MAYNE GUYON 2020 but when I opened it there were just 2 bottles. I then noticed that there was a piece of cardboard stuck on to the box and when I cut it off there was a letter inside, I have attached the letter. It says that one bottle was broken in transit. Accidents happen and I received 14 of the 15 bottles so it is not a big deal. The communication from DPD could have been a bit better or a bit more precise. I presume that DPD have informed you about this but I thought I should do just in case. Since it is juts 1 bottle I do not expect a separate delivery, I would be happy to get the bottle of CHATEAU MAYNE GUYON 2020 included in my next order or a refund if that is easier.
