Vilebrequin – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I splurged on a pair of Vilebrequin swim shorts. I wore them about 30 times. They tore in the pocket seam when I was taking them off. I contacted the Company and they said I must have snagged them on something;which was wrong.They refused to provide a partial credit or to repair without cost. I wouldn’t care but I paid about $300. Cdn for something that usually costs less than $50. So poor quality and poor service results in a 2 rating.

Rather pricey, but worth the money in my opinion. For some it may be not. Very high quality swim shorts, perfect in every aspect. But of course, if you don't think a pair of shorts can worth $150, Vilebrequin won't going to change your mind.

Premier achat chez Vilebrequin, très satisfaite de la qualité et du service de livraison même si le prix me paraît élevé.

Tailles approximatives et retour produit non remboursé. Après avoir retourné le 19 octobre mon colis d'une valeur de 200 euros avec un bon de retour édité à partir du site et remis le paquet en point relais je n’etais Pas remboursé le 20 novembre. Au final tout c’est arrangé grâce à leur service client qui a enfin pris ses responsabilités. Je suis donc réconcilié avec la marque.
