Viator – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I accidentally book Aug ticket when I am only in Italy for 10 days early July. Not only Viator (Comapny name is Team Eurolink Worldwide) call me immediately after receiving my email but they also help me to confirm the next available of the ticket with day and time suggestion before calling me. Feel so grateful for this person called Andrea that made my trip a lot more manageable and thank you Andrea again!!!

We weren’t impressed with our pick up driver or vehicle (Athens airport) July 2nd. The driver rarely spoke and the vehicle was filthy and smelled. Our return experience from the port of Piraeus July 9th was completely different. Our driver Dimitri was pleasant and cordial and spoke to us the whole time back to the airport and his vehicle was immaculate and a pleasure to be in. If Dimitri had been our driver for both legs of our journey we would have given Viator 5 stars. We also assumed that Viator was an independent company and not simply source out their business, as we could have simply booked a taxi more than likely for a cheaper price.

providing sufficient enough time to explore stops on our own in addition to the shorter explanation of our stops by our guide Aliex. This was a good blend of time so we could pick and choose where we wanted to focus our free time. There was quite a bit of driving involved - about 75 minutes or so to Gerona and closer to 1 hour 45 minutes back to Barcelona from the Costa Brava due to late afternoon traffic.

Prior to our stopover in Singapore we booked three trips with Viator. Once we made our bookings each step from receiving confirmation through to instructions on tickets etc was first class.

I very rarely write reviews…. But we had such a FABULOUS time on our 9-hour adventure to the Amalfi Coast, that I decided to pass our experience on to others! Our guide, Sara, was so knowledgeable and personable! You could tell that she really enjoyed her job! We were so impressed with her ability to communicate fluently with guests in multiple languages!! And her English was nearly perfect and so easy to understand. She definitely went the extra mile to ensure that everyone had a pleasant experience! We highly recommend this tour and its nice balance of guided and personal time at each stop. We were able to get a full experience of the Amalfi Coast through this land and sea adventure!!
