I had a great experience with Vanity Planet. I ordered a facial steamer and when I purchased it, it was back ordered and the listing said it would ship out at the end of the month. I emailed after about 2 weeks just to check to see it they had a date that it would ship, and I heard back from someone in customer service after only a couple of hours. They were very helpful and courteous. I received test alerts about the shipping and my order arrived when they said it would. The steamer works perfect!

I love using a facial steamer, however, I experience a trouble using it. I reached their customer service and they helped me out with the troubleshooting with the user manual provided, and I finally used it with care. I salute their customer service. I will surely refer them to my friends. Thanks love it!

Purchased the Vanity Planet Aira iconic facial steamer and it did work well. The interior design looks amazing. I'm really satisfied with the result, it smoothens my skin and clears my pores. Indeed it's like your very own personal sauna. Well, recommended. Excellent Customer Service! Kudos to all!

I read a lot of reviews AFTER purchasing the facial steamer so I was pretty nervous when a couple weeks went by and I never got a tracking email. Then one day it was at the door! I think they are behind on a lot but be patient with them! I’m so glad I ordered my steamer. I use it multiple times a week and I’ve noticed how great my skin looks!

After using my Aira face steamer and letting it cool down, I'd let the water tank and its cap/plug thing out to dry overnight. When I went to put it away in the morning, the water tank's cap had somehow warped slightly and didn't screw on how it was supposed to. Although I can't quite figure out how, this was undoubtedly user error (so this was not the result of a faulty device or anything). Regardless, a dysfunctional water tank could mean damage to the entire $120 unit, and since I couldn't find them sold individually anywhere on the internet, I emailed them for a replacement cap and possibly also a water tank. After a couple email exchanges, in which responses were delightfully prompt on their part, they ended up sending me a whole new Aira, that I was pleasantly surprised to find on my doorstep today. :) They'd asked for my order information, a video depicting the issue, and address confirmation, for anyone wondering what exactly they asked for to fulfill this replacement. Overall, I was impressed with not only the consistent follow-ups, but also the fact that I actually received my replacement. Businesses could, and do, make empty promises for the sake of profit, so VP holding up their end of this exchange was GREATLY appreciated. 💘
