I absolutely love my new diamond ring! I can’t say enough about Lyudmila. She was exceptional with her diligence in helping me through the whole process. She constantly sent me photos and videos of each step while making my new ring. The estimated time to make the ring was spot on and Is beautiful and dazzling as promised.

After FINALLY deciding on a ring from US Jewelry Factory (there were so many I loved on their site) they contacted me immediately since I had asked for a resize of a half size to my normal size. They offered to let me try the ring at the original size and send in the original package a prepaid return label incase I still wanted to have it resized, or they would go ahead and resize before shipping. I chose to try the original size first on their suggestion, and the ring fits great! It shipped in record time and the ring is absolutely gorgeous! Trust me, the pictures really don't show the true beauty of the jewelry. I will be a repeat buyer!

Just wow!! I have my absolute dream ring and can’t believe it! Easy to communicate via text with sales, easy to make payments and the ring was here the NEXT DAY after my last payment was complete. Sure- the ring is a little small and yeah, maybe it’s stuck on my finger right now with no intention of coming off and yes, my finger DOES resemble a fat kid in skinny jeans right now- but that’s on me.
